Exercise is rewarding and fun and improves almost all aspects of everyday life.
It improves heart health, brain functions, bone density and increase energy levels. Exercise is great for everyone and keeps our minds fresh and clear. There are so many forms of exercises to choose from; from low impact exercises like Pilates and Yoga, to dancing, team sports, weight-lifting on to High Intensity exercise sessions or power lifting.
